Exceptional. Profesional. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. I’m using one word descriptions for jasper as I’m trying to impress upon you how great he really is. He got me a multi family home, at an excellent deal, during the pandemic. Because prices rose so much during the pandemic, the owner wanted to back out and relist the property at a higher price. The seller was very difficult but Jasper quickly went to work ensuring the other party didn’t break the law by reneging on the deal. It took a while but I was able to close and jasper even got me a 16K discount from concessions at closing that were not resolved from the inspection.
By the time I closed, I had almost 100K in equity for a building I had just bought.
